Welcome to our Ministries!

 

Within the past eleven years our ministry overall has grown in every aspect and taken shape in this new paradigm; some of the positive changes have been the founding of the Discipleship Orientation Ministry, the announcement and licensing of new ministers, both men & women, who have been called to preach the gospel of JESUS CHRIST, the ordination of new deacons, the addition of participants to the Edmondson Chapel Church - many having been saved and baptized.

 

CHRISTIAN EDUCATION 
In keeping with the vision of the Senior Pastor, the mission for this arm of the ministry is to provide opportunities for growth-oriented individuals who are seeking a deeper level of understanding of selected topics and books of the Bible and specific theological issues. Our aim is to saturate the ministry of Edmondson Chapel with the word of God through sound Biblical teachings and applicable truths.
DEACONS & USHERS MINISTRY​

The goal of the Deacon Ministry is to manage the business, property, and affairs of the church to further the church’s vision and missions. The role of the usher is a vital ministry in the church.  Ushers are ministers of hospitality and assistance and provide a wonderful service to each member of the church and all visitors. 

WOMEN IN UNITY MINISTRY (WIN)

Whatever season you are in, The Women in Unity Ministry (WIN) provides a place for you to get nurtured and grounded in God's word, find grace, encouragement and hearts that can relate to yours. MUSIC MINISTRY

The goal of the Music Ministry is to set the atmosphere for the saints to receive the Word of God; also for the atmosphere to be conducive for sinners to be saved.

TITUS MOMS MINISTRY

The Titus Moms Ministry encourages, esteems and empowers one another in Christ;  working on fun events and activities to support moms with young children here at ECC.  If you would like to be a part of this growing ministry, please contact Sister Regina Copeland at ccseventplanning@outlook.com

TIMOTHY MINISTRY
We consider the call of God the most humbling and honorable vocation of Christian Ministry. The Timothy Ministry is a reflection of this conviction and our serious attitude to serve. The Timothy Ministry will prepare and develop ministers for services through a comprehensive course of service and studying.
LOVE IN ACTION

Love in Action is a ministry that responds with love to the needs of others in our community, engages in the life of the community through services and develops relationships that demonstrates the Love of God.

 

And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’ Matthew 25:40 

KINGDOM KIDS NURSERY (KKN)
The Kingdom’s Kids Nursery provides for infants and toddlers, ages 0-36 months/3 years, for all church services, unless otherwise clearly communicated.  KKN will open 10 minutes prior to the beginning of Wednesday Night Hour of Power Bible Study and Sunday Morning Experience and will promptly close 10 minutes following the conclusion of services.
YOUTH MINISTRY
The goal of the Youth Ministry at Edmondson Chapel Church is to provide youth with an environment where they can grow in their understanding of God. This will be done (at this time)  through volunteers, and youth; by loving youth where they are, by encouraging youth in developing their relationship to God, by nurturing youth to grow in faith, and by challenging youth to respond to God’s call.
DISCIPLESHIP ORIENTATION MINISTRY
The Discipleship Ministry plans, implements, and evaluates programs for educating visitors and newcomers about the programs of Edmondson Chapel Church and the benefits of participating in a religious community that values religious freedom and spiritual growth. The team welcomes visitors to Edmondson Chapel Church’s religious community, arranges for follow-up contacts with visitors and newcomers, plans ceremonies recognizing new members, and helps integrate new members into the life of the congregation.
